Fadi began his career as an electrical engineer, contributing to large-scale projects across Dubai — including airport developments — and bringing over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction.
Coming from a family background in contracting, he developed a deep understanding of execution, craftsmanship and project management early on. Driven by a passion for creating meaningful spaces and turning clients' visions into reality, he founded NovaPlex to unite technical expertise with architecture and interior design.
Today, alongside his family, Fadi continues to lead NovaPlex with a vision rooted in quality, innovation and timeless design.
