A full apartment renovation in Downtown Dubai usually takes 8 to 14 weeks of execution, depending on size and scope. Design and material selection runs in parallel and typically adds 2 to 3 weeks before site work begins.
Yes. Most Downtown Dubai and Dubai Hills communities, including Emaar, Meraas and Sobha developments, require a No Objection Certificate from the master developer before any structural, plumbing or electrical work begins. NovaPlex prepares and submits NOC applications on behalf of clients as part of our project management service.
