From two homes to a studio with a vision.

NovaPlex began with a simple belief — that every space holds a story. Here's how ours has unfolded.

2021
Founded by Fadi Ghotmi in the United Arab Emirates.
2022
Began our journey by delivering two luxury homes in Dubai — from concept through to completion.
2023
Expanded our portfolio across Dubai's prime locations — Meydan, Downtown, Jumeirah and Dubai Hills.
2025
Strengthened the team with internationally experienced architects and designers.
2026
Continuing to grow across Dubai through innovative architecture and interior design projects.
Meet our founder
Founder

Fadi Ghotmi

Fadi began his career as an electrical engineer, contributing to large-scale projects across Dubai — including airport developments — and bringing over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction.

Coming from a family background in contracting, he developed a deep understanding of execution, craftsmanship and project management early on. Driven by a passion for creating meaningful spaces and turning clients' visions into reality, he founded NovaPlex to unite technical expertise with architecture and interior design.

Today, alongside his family, Fadi continues to lead NovaPlex with a vision rooted in quality, innovation and timeless design.
