Villa Renovation in Dubai
Whole-villa renovations across Meydan, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah and Nad Al Sheba — architecture, interior, MEP and landscape coordinated end-to-end.
A full-villa renovation, run by one accountable team.
A villa renovation isn't one project — it's architecture, interior, MEP, joinery and landscape running in parallel, with the master developer and Dubai Municipality approvals in the background. We run the whole programme: drawings through to the last snagged silicone joint, with you only ever speaking to one project manager.

Quick answers about villa renovation in Dubai.
How long does a villa renovation take?
Four to nine months. Structural extensions and pool works push to the upper end.
Do you handle Dubai Municipality approvals?
Yes — drawings, NOCs and Municipality submissions are part of the service for villa projects.
Can you renovate while we're living there?
For partial renovations, yes — we phase the work. For full renovations we recommend vacating; we'll plan the timeline around your move.
Can you extend the villa or add a room?
Extensions are possible where the plot and Dubai Municipality permit. We check the plot coverage and approvals route first, then design the extension to sit with the existing structure. Built additions need municipality permits, which we manage.
Do you handle the pool, landscaping and external works too?
Yes — we deliver pools, landscaping, driveways and boundary works alongside the internal renovation, so the whole villa is handled by one team on one programme.
Can you upgrade the AC and electrical capacity?
Yes. Older villas often need MEP upgrades — new AC, distribution boards and cabling — to carry a modern fit-out. We survey the existing capacity and design the upgrade as part of the scope.
