What's involved

A bathroom built to last in Dubai's climate.

Dubai bathrooms face hard water, fluctuating humidity and the dense building MEP typical of Downtown Dubai and Marina towers. Our renovation process is built around those realities — proper waterproofing, generous fall to drains, sealed substrates and joinery designed for the climate. Every project is delivered as a fixed scope with a clear handover.

Frequently asked

Quick answers about bathroom renovation in Dubai.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Three to six weeks of execution for most jobs. The dry-out period after waterproofing and tile-bedding adds a few days.

Do I need a developer NOC for bathroom work?

For wet-area work (waterproofing, plumbing modifications) most Dubai developers (Emaar, Meraas, Sobha, Damac) require NOC. We handle NOC submissions as part of the project.

Will you handle the design or do I need a separate designer?

We can design the bathroom in-house — layout, tile selection, vanity joinery, lighting — or execute against a designer's drawings.

Can you renovate a bathroom without removing the existing tiles?

Sometimes we can overlay, but for a result that lasts in Dubai's humidity we usually recommend stripping back to slab so the waterproofing can be renewed. We assess on site and tell you honestly which approach your bathroom needs.

Do you waterproof to a standard the developer will accept?

Yes. We apply a multi-layer membrane to floors and wet walls and flood-test it before tiling, which is what most Dubai developers and their NOC inspectors require. The waterproofing is warranted.

Can you work in an occupied apartment?

Yes. For a single bathroom we isolate the work area, protect floors and lift routes, and keep dust and noise within building-management hours. We agree access and timing with you before we start.
