Apartment Renovation in Dubai
Turnkey apartment refurbishments across Downtown Dubai, Marina, Dubai Hills and Jumeirah — design, fit-out, joinery and MEP under one accountable team.
A single team responsible for every part of your apartment renovation.
Renovating an apartment in Dubai means coordinating the developer NOC, the building management, the strict access windows for Downtown and Marina towers, and the trades themselves. We handle all of it as the single point of accountability, so you never end up chasing four sub-contractors and a delayed lift booking.

Quick answers about apartment renovation in Dubai.
How long does an apartment renovation take in Downtown Dubai?
Eight to fourteen weeks of execution. Downtown access restrictions (lift bookings, work hours) can extend complex jobs.
Do I need an Emaar NOC?
Yes for most renovation work. We prepare and submit NOC applications as part of the service.
Can you work around our move-in date?
Yes — we plan critical-path work backwards from a hand-over date and front-load long-lead items (stone, imported tile, appliances) accordingly.
Can you renovate a brand-new handover apartment before we move in?
Yes — that is often the easiest time to renovate. With the unit empty we can run joinery, flooring and finishes in parallel, and coordinate the developer NOC and building access before your furniture arrives.
Do you handle building access, lift booking and security passes?
Yes. We arrange contractor passes, lift and loading-bay bookings, and working-hours sign-off with building management as part of the project, so you are not chasing approvals yourself.
Can you open up walls between rooms?
Non-structural walls, yes, and only with the developer's approval. We identify which walls are structural during the survey, then submit the alteration for NOC before any demolition begins.
